Depends on how you want to run it, spirits know you could run through a six pack fast enough.

Could play it that the cloning part isn't widely known and remains in the hands of the upper ranks within the Maesters, an order who keep a very tight rein on the ancient technology handed down to them, which has given rise to their reputation as healers.
This allows them to decide who to keep among the nobles and other parties they support by prolonging their shelf life for as long as reasonably possible.
Little known fact, Robert Baratheon had burnt through five clones just through his excessive drinking and eating, despite all attempts to utilize enhanced livers and digestive tracts in the newer models.
Seriously, if Cersei hadn't had him taken out he would have been dead shortly anyway as word had come down from on high to let the fat bastard croak once and for all if he had another coronary because he couldn't lay off the ale and pastries.

However they have to adhere to some guidelines like no bringing someone obviously back from the dead.
Someone who was terminally ill or even passed away in the night could be replaced to make a miraculous recovery, but someone publicly executed is off limits.
Hence no New Ned because he lost his head.

Course all is not well in the Kingdom because while the Maesters sit on their little hoard of life technology, old powers walk the lands once again with some even offering the gift of magical resurrection to it's select, threatening the Maester's power base.

I think you need to play some of the fun modern micro rpgs (lasers and feelings for example) - I don't think it actually matters which one(s), but you should give them a whirl. They teach you something for sure.

The traditional playstyle is, above all else, the style of playing all games the same way, supported by the ambiguity and lack of procedure in the traditional game text. - Eero Tuovinen
