Well, Myers is for cross town (which is 80miles here, so the Myers isn't quite up to snuff unless you know where the electric parking spots are). But it can travel along freeways, which is the big thing for 'getting to another town' out here.

You drop off a pack, and get credited for the value of it (n charges of life - counter) you pick up a new one which might be worse, which means you leave with credit on your account. You drop off an old one and pick up a new one, and are given a debit.
