Sorry about not posting for a while. Been kinda tired and short on free time the last few days.

Is there enough space in the tunnel for Archimedes to pounce? It just struck me that he physically might not be able to.

Pounce ability doesn't specify any limitations. You can charge and attack, if you so choose.

I'm going to remind everyone that you're in a rather closely-packed tunnel, and at the moment the only one that can even see the beastie in question is Archimedes.

Is it because Archimedes is in the way, or is it because of the angle of the tunnel and his height? Orr's aslo got Baatezu Darkvision and Malogos has 120 ft Darkvision.

It's because it's a relatively small tunnel and a relatively large half-minotaur. Darkness hasn't got anything to do with it.

Edited. Orr blinks through Archimedes far enough to be able to see it, attempts to nauseate and/or entangle it and then gets back behind Archimedes (he can do this thanks to Flyby Attack).

At this point, rad, it's up to you whether you want to wait and see if they can un-petrify you, or if you want to roll up a new character, or just bow out.

I'll wait and see if they can unpetrify Orr.

I'm heading out-of-town and so the game will be on pause for a few days.

Do you guys want to ask more about the gauntlet? And maybe if they know anything else about the basilisk's lair or perhaps the yellow druids?

I wasn't sure if Archimedes had time to pick up the gauntlet again before escaping the tunnel. Which means this is a good time to ask if he did, because that's going to influence what Archimedes asks the Eldest Brother about.

edit: what I'm trying to ask is, AH, did Archimedes manage to grab the gauntlet before fleeing?

The gauntlet is on whoever was holding it last.

That would be Archimedes, then. He was putting it down when the party heard the basilisk.

Sense Motive check shows that the Eldest Bro is holding out his hands hoping you'll shake on the deal.

Archimedes is waiting for an answer to his questions, even if it's a simple "I don't know, bro"

Does Archimedes come across Orr or anything else in the market?

It's a relatively small and open market, you can all see each other, unless you go inside a building or deliberately seek to get lost in the crowd.

Would the onyx gems work for the not-a-familiar ritual of the undead companion? It just says 100gp of materials.
