A quick blurb about NPC CR

When an NPC 'takes' class levels in an awkward combination, say, wizard 10/cleric 10, his 'actual CR' (that is, the challenge he poses in combat) is generally much less than the number of levels he has. Therefore I propose the following:

When an NPC takes levels in a caster class (cleric, druid, wizard, sorcerer), all levels in the same caster class are treated as nonassociated until the number of levels in that class equals the total number of levels the NPC has in classes that are not that class.

Eh, it could use some better wording. What do you think?
