Is there a feat which substitutes Dex bonus for Wisdom on Will saves?
I thought so, but then could not find it and I just spent 40 minutes pouring through my books.
Too damn many of these now. Compendiums required...

I don't have it nearby, but there are feats like that in Complete Adventurer I thought....

Similar.
Force of Personality means you use your CHA mod instead of your WIS mod on will saves. Maybe that is what I was thinking about.
