So, here I am converting an assassin to the Frank & K rules, and I wonder
If I am an assassin, and use expert tactican as an immediate action, can I then study for a death attack as a full round action, then use Muderous intent to make a death attack? I am staking my ability to use a full round death attack on the chance to hit with a single death attack.
Is that legal? And if so, is that the intent?
Thinking about it, I'm not entirely sure it's unbalanced - it's a cool trick that, with complex setup makes for a storming single turn. (If you have some way of getting in close, like haste).

Re: Assassin Death Attack Question
Well, that looks legitimate to me. Of course, I do recall something about not being able to make death attacks with attacks of opportunity, but I don't see anything like that in the text, so I'm probably confused.
Also, considering that most of the time you should be full attacking with a ranged weapon, I doubt it's that broken. Or spending your time making yourself invisible and running for cover. Not that you need it, becase you have HiPS.
