Is this dead? I don't see any actual mechanics anywhere.

For given values of "dead" - with Shadowrun 5e confirmed to be utter shit, it might be worth reanimating when an actual designer has time.

And, y'know, Doubt got a megathread only recently after barely being more than a concept.

I'd like that. The setting as described seems interesting. I'd help in what ways I can.

The latter is a reference...I think...to one of the following threads, which both are lengthy discussions of CPFHB, but on non-TGD sites:
