Where would criminal means to acquire wealth, stuff like "identity theft" or "collectibles forgery" come into play with the rest of the wealth mechanics?

e.g.
Paper-based forging (cheques):

I guess "Robbing a Casino" (Ocean's Eleven (1960) & Ocean's Eleven (2001)), or "counterfeiting French banknotes" (Catch me if you can (2002)), or "stealing a lot of Bearer-Bonds" (Heat (1995)) would be higher tier means to acquire wealth directly. As opposed to strictly doing work for someone else; and getting paid what would be most cost-effective/profitable for them.

While everyone's Philosophy is not in accord, that doesn't mean we're not on board.

I'm also curious how one might adapt this idea to a current Shadowrun context? Really cool to see this topic, pity I missed it first time around. Not I had much to say, but it sounds like some of the ideas here I think Spycraft has done, like Cash on hand?
What I find wrong w/ 4th edition: "I want to stab dragons the size of a small keep with skin like supple adamantine and command over time and space to death with my longsword in head to head combat, but I want to be totally within realistic capabilities of a real human being!" --Caedrus mocking 4rries
