How do I change my current password if I forgot the previous one and the only way I'm able to even post is auto login?

If you have autologin then the password is saved in your browser. Should be able to check it from Preferences and then probably a sub-menu like Security.

Oh, thank god. I got a new computer and had a bitch of a time getting logged in again. Talk about wonky.
