Thanks for the help everyone! Want to start off agreeing with the fact that Increase Reflexes is the most powerful buff there is, which is likely why the GM banned it. I will definately take a look at Analyze Device, maybe I can have it apply to multiple knives of the same make. Lastly, it looks lik...

Shadowrun: Temporarily enchanting/enhancing weapons?
Hello all! I’m back again asking for your assistance and to pick the brains of people with more knowledge of the SR system than I. Here we go; a friend is modifying SR rules to play a medieval campaign (whether or not it is the best choice is beside the point) and I want to play a dagger wielding sp...

Hey all, Quick question regarding Steam. Is it possible to circumvent the online patching process and play it offline, by having decent firewall settings and telling it to frag off when it wants to connect? Or is it evil enough that is HAS to connect at least once before you can ever play the titles...

All this talk about improper lending leading to the credit crisis makes me think about Jonathan Jarvis's video Crisis of Credit . I found it both informative and well done. This is also an interesting site for additional information: http://www.good.is/post/making-sense-of-the-financial-mess/ - Rathe

The problem is with the distribution. Mexico has a fairly wide divide between the ultra rich and the ultra poor. So you probably won't see a middle class that's as politically active as that in the US, although the middle class in Mexico has been growing. ... Which is a lot better than the state of...

Oddly enough, when it comes to changing the world on a larger scale wizards, clerics and bards are the movers and shakers. What you'll need is a number of schools, collages and institutions with the faculty having all taken the mentor feat. Considering that feat allows you to train your apprentices ...

Played both Descent and Arkham Horror and enjoyed both. They are great games for when noone wants to DM and people can't make up their minds. My annoyances are FFG can't seem to properly write instructions to the games that don't waffle all over the place and they hide information in odd locations. ...

Vulnerabilities & Powers:
Starting to run a aWOD game with a group of friends and while they have been having a terrific time playing the system, some questions have come up. Help Please with a 4e Living FR RPGA Build
Hello Denners! Here with hat in hand hoping for a little assistance. It appears that I'll be playing a 4e Living Forgotten Realms game "The Prospect", levels 1-4 (likely higher in the future) on somewhat short notice. Don't know anything about 4e beyond what I've gleamed from reading here ...
