Question about the Voracity sphere

Where can I find Steal Life and Power Leech? I'm seriously having issues locating either of them.
Everything I learned about DnD, I learned from Frank Trollman.

Power Leech was also in BoVD as a spell. I <3 Spell Bible.

As you can see, SRD Power Leech is bullshit that has nothing to do with Fiend Characters.

It's in BoVD.

In fact, I asked this exact question in Tome of Fiends thread about a month ago.
