weighted jewelry for fitness training?

Post by Cynic »

My wife had heard something about weighted jewelry.

She has a 20 minute walk in new york to get to her office and was thinking of putting on wrist/ankle weights.

She prefers them to be 'stylish' or fashionable as she doesn't have a place to remove them at the office.

But she thinks there are weighted bangles or stuff like that. Have the Denizens heard about anything like this?

Nothing could be made into jewelry that has a high enough density AND be fashionable, AND offer the resistance.

Wear a LOT of gold I would guess be the answer? Replace the lead weights with gold in those ankle weights and wrist weights.
Play the game, not the rules.
