1) The CEO of CGL embezzled tons of money from the company without knowledge or permission of the other shareholders. He's also engaged in multiple areas of financial shadiness. Frank has been getting info leaked to him, and he's the one who (apparently) broke the news first and kicked it all off. Since then, CGL's creditors have gotten together and are suing CGL. Also, many employees quit.
2) That's more or less it. Green Dragon's name, by right, should be the Seagull. He'd used to swoop in, make a lot of noise, crap over everything, and then leave. He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

2 kinda blows... D&D Wiki was definitely my first place for D&D homebrew (and DragonChild was the biggest flamer I knew... I feel so old). Sad that it sucks so much. Is that all there is to the story?
