Epic Game Day @Everett, WA

Post by Quantumboost »

On April 30th the AFK Tavern in Everett is going to be holding an event called Epic Game Day. It goes from noon until midnight on April 30, broken up into three four-hour timeslots (noon-4, 4-8, 8-midnight).

I'm going to be running a Shadowrun game during the early timeslot. If any Denners in the Seattle area want to and can come, that would be awesome. :D:D:D

That actually sounds like a lot of fun. I'm not sure if I can make it yet, I'm often busy early Saturday afternoons. I'm in north Seattle though so I guess it isn't that far. Sounds like an awesome place too, I hadn't heard of it.

Nice to know about, but we have an activity that day. :ohwell: Stupid April.
My son makes me laugh. Maybe he'll make you laugh, too.

>_< Ambiguity fixed. Forgot there might be other cities anywhere with the same name.

I'm sad I missed this, since I'm in the area.

Oh well.
Random thing I saw on Facebook wrote:Just make sure to compare your results from Weapon Bracket Table and Elevator Load Composition (Dragon Magazine #12) to the Perfunctory Armor Glossary, Version 3.8 (Races of Minneapolis, pp. 183). Then use your result as input to the "DM Says Screw You" equation.

I think they're planning another one sometime in the fall.

AARP: only had two people show up for my session (early time probably did it in), but there was lots of stuff going on later in the night. Got to play in an SR game myself, which was fun.

I have only one gaming con in my area. (Long Island) This year I had two concerts and the first Holy Communion of my cousin's youngest daughter right during that three day event. Doubly criminial since I really should have manned the Long Island Advanced Rocketry Society's tables during that time. (Yes, I are a LIARS.)
