Just ignore invisibility and concealment altogether because it is a cumbersome, unnecessary kludge. As it is written now, Quickstep is just a stealth ability that has nothing to do with being fast. It's not like you're trying to simulate him hiding, you're trying to simulate him moving in so fast you can't see or stop him; so just do it.
Quickstep: A Kenpachi can charge as a swift action without provoking any attacks of opportunity.

Poof you instantly appear next to your target and hit that shit with your full attack. It's pounce with panache dammit, you can add flavor text such that you seem to disappear while in transit. All that matters is you are in position A, you move to position B so fast that nobody can do anything about it. The rest is fluff.

If you don't want it just as a charge for attacking, then change it so you can move twice your movement speed as a swift action without drawing an AoO. That way you can dart around, or just run faster in addition to being able to Quickstep up for your full attacks.

You guys do realize the Kenpachi is (Su) right he doesn't know magic per-say but his is a magic thing (shinigami).

Every "supernatural" effect in Bleach is defined by spirit particles.
It's core to the development of powers right down to the essence that composes the soul-people.

In D&D defining what is magic or not is more complex, but I've seen enough anime and manga to decide that moving fast enough to become invisible is a Charles Atlas superpower and therefore not magical.

I'd say they don't see the movement. Since the whole thing is that they're moving too quickly for the eye to register
He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

Zak S, Zak Smith, Dndwithpornstars, Zak Sabbath. He is a terrible person and a hack at writing and art. His cultural contributions are less than Justin Bieber's, and he's a shitmuffin. Go go gadget Googlebomb!

You do realize that it's up to individual settings to decide what's magic and what's not, right?

In our world, reliably surviving point blank grenade explosions or 50 feet falls is supernatural. In Greyhawk, it's called "being level 6".

In Greyhawk, producing cutting shockwaves when you swing a sword would probably warrant a (Su) tag. In most Shonen Jump series, it's called "being a good swordman". Rock Lee is explicitly defined as "the guy who can't into supernatural" and yet he does things that make Warblades cry.

Now look: D&D designers lied when they claimed it is a "generic fantasy RPG". It was actually born as a "western pop-culture kitchen-sink fantasy RPG" and these days it's a "D&D fantasy RPG". But since people tend to believe in lies told by advertising, they bought D&D and tried to bring other genres of fantasy into it, anyway. And it works, as long as you don't have a smart-ass on the table complaining that people shouldn't jump so high without magic.

I've altered Impact Wave to a Standard action rather than an attack action. That was an error.

Isn't the only difference between (Ex) and (Su) abilities whether an antimagic field can shut them down?

I was considering cutting down the number of feats to half but this class wasn't designed with Tome Combat feats in mind.

In fact I might as well add that IMHO Tome Combat feats have too many abilities.
Sure, they scale, but by about level 6 you end up with 3 abilities per feat and multiple feats, making a bookkeeping nightmare for Fighters.

If the Kenpachi were for Tome I would cut the bonus feats out entirely.
