They're using her halo as a light bulb in one of those weird circular fluorescent ceiling lamps, and she is oblivious of what is going on right behind her.

In the first panel, devil girl is fiddling with a light fixture behind angel girl's back. Angel girl's friends (vampire girl and idiot boy) have figured out that the bulb is actually angel girl's halo, because it continues to glow despite being unplugged. Angel girl, oblivious, continues to wistfully lament her missing halo.
