This nets you 8th level Druid spells and 9th level Arcane spells (Sublime Chord). Plus, you get a BAB of 16.
Unfortunately, you suck toads unless you take this build in the upper levels. For your baseline early-build means flailing around like a retardo multi-classer until you can actually sling some serious spells at later levels.
An alternate build baseline is:
Druid 7
Bard 1
Spelldancer 2
then take the SC/FL remaining 10 levels. Which nets you 19 spellcaster levels in Druid as well as 9th level arcane spells. Obviously, there is a lot of feat chicanery you need to pull off getting skills and level progression hooks to work right.
