Large, yes, DDD+ is full on fetish.
Cuz apparently I gotta break this down for you dense motherfuckers- I'm trans feminine nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them.

Sadly, I remember seeing it clarified that even if the clause was real it wouldn't let them get away with the heist. Something about how contracts can't let you break the law.RobbyPants wrote:I'm pretty sure that's bullshit, but I heard the same thing shortly after it was announced that Shkreli had bought the album. It'd be great if it were true and worked, because fuck that guy.

Not exactly. Contracts can't let you break the law, but if the contract of sale says "ownership passes to this guy until it is taken back, and the conditions for taking back are X" then you can argue that this alone is not breaking the law, and so ownership really does return tot he Wu Tang Clan.Omegonthesane wrote:Sadly, I remember seeing it clarified that even if the clause was real it wouldn't let them get away with the heist. They might still be liable for breaking and entering, if they do that, or for property damage they cause. And they might be tried with breaking and entering (but not burglary).
It's really still open to interpretation.
But since we are talking about a several million dollar album, it makes sense that they would risk the consequences, to say nothing of the possibility to heist it in transport.

True. But a heist isn't illegal if you have permission.Omegonthesane wrote:Sadly, I remember seeing it clarified that even if the clause was real it wouldn't let them get away with the heist. Lots of things stop being illegal if you have permission.

Permission is tricky though. On multiple occasions I've been given permission to choke women to the point of unconsciousness but if something went wrong I'd be considered legally responsible. I got into a bit of a scuffle a while back when I accidentally gave someone a concussion during a scene.
In this moment, I am Ur-phoric. Not because of any phony god’s blessing. But because, I am enlightened by my int score.
The Night Witches are an amazing bit of obscure history that has the misfortune of having a Bear World game.
