I'm tempted to give them a swift kick at times, but that is only because they are currently resting on the frame of the portable table that holds my home laptop since I was leafing through them all October getting some technical information for my NaNoWriMo novel.

No; there is an Adventurer's Vault 2 designed for the Player's Handbook 2.

I have no intention of buying the player's handbook 2. Especially given the fact that I am not actively involved with any 4E games and I have not yet exausted the class opportunities in the first PHB; I mean it's not like they are actually going to learn how to design this damn game. Same old crap just different raman flavor packet.
