How long have skyships existed? Did they exist during the Atalayan empire? What about before (Six Ways period? Older?)
How long has the Skymage tower been using a currency setup where they buy everything for money that can only be spent to them?

Anyway, I didn't see the exact system in 3.5, but then again, maybe its just not in core or its hidden under something else, if thats the case then the simplicity card is likely all I have left. I'm going to pull out the SRD instead of getting exact page number citations (oh, hey! That's another ad...

In chess and go every move modifies the available moves. Its uncommon for moves to be repeatable because the same board setup won't reoccur. They also both have rules for dealing with that if it does happen. As an rpg analogue if move A sets up move B then move B should not set up move A. Part of t...

About what stat values do people have? Base Intelligence is 3, what about Bigness, Willpower, and all of those? Basically, what are the benchmarks for what different level 1 stat values mean? I'm probably just assigning statline as a function of species, maybe with a few extra points you can stick i...

Doing a brief write-up to make something semi-playable based on this work (some parts of it will be forked, but little enough that it would basically be house rules). I've decided to use the term Prof. Cavern (or Pokemon Prof., or just Professor) for the MC. E: Pay Day should have a longer range, I ...

Cool, thanks! That should be enough to get going. I'll probably get started tomorrow (err... later today). Also, these are the conventions I'll use for areas unless someone has a better idea: Symbol Description @ The user. Areas assume the user is facing right/east. + A potential target. Unless the...

So there would be spaceships. And rayguns. And demons. -Username17 So... Doom? Doom or something like it should be canon in the futuristic setting. Also, Plants vs Zombies needs to be canon (well, the plants need to be made scarier). All that needs are evil plants with built-in ranged weapons, thou...

On the topic of mounts: In a world I was building, the halfling empire's cavalry rode advanced (3 HD) Eagles. That's enough that the Eagle grows to medium size and gains Strength 15, enough to carry a halfling and a bit of equipment. Not much, though. I think the character build I had for this had, ...

Stuck Elementals of Style up. It has a few redlinks where includes should be. Here's what goes there (it's bbcode formatted on my computer, so I can stick it here easily, and on the wiki with a bit more work. I'm lazy, so here it goes for now. Anyone who wants to upload it is welcome to it): Spheres...

I fixed a couple tags. Not sure if I got them all. I've only skimmed Koumei's shadowcaster; it looks like a similar concept, but more emphasizing spookiness than mine; mine is also more sneaky/ninjalike. As for deciding what classes work well in it, basically, the only two classes that I decided to ...

The general section on the inner planes is up on the wiki. Specifics on the environments aren't, yet. @Red_Rob, Vebyast: Thanks. Anything anyone is particularly interested in seeing that I haven't put up yet? If nobody asks for anything, I'll just throw stuff up on the wiki at random until I run out...

Here are a few things off the top of my head that the tomes need to be a complete standalone game: Character creation rules. The ones that currently exist are all under WotC's copyright, so we might need a workaround if we can get this at all. If not, tell people to ask an experienced player. Forewo...

Mostly because none of the older demiplane creation utilities let you have wood. A creation method that lets you flood the place with anything you could wish for can give you wood and plants; one that just gives elemental matter gives a dead plane. So, historical reasons, not balance reasons. Closes...
