That's actually not a personal attack, that's a rundown of the things one would expect someone coming to a forum specifically to defend there own stuff through a sock puppet to do.

It was an insult, I think. Essentially, "welcome to the conversation".
The weird part was where he explained that "hi welcome" was taboo (and as far as I could tell, he created that taboo, at least locally), then broke that rule all the time.
It was very confusing to me what he wanted to accomplish.
