So does anyone know any online boards that play D&D with Frank and K's tomes and such?

On RPoL, you could request such a game and see where your luck gets you. On the other hand, most games you try to join, they believe only WotC stuff is balanced (and WotC stuff automatically is), or that only Core is balanced, or "fighters don't suck, I don't trust it".

So you'd probably have to actually request such a game.

I've had a fair bit of luck on Elliquiy (adult oriented roleplaying), probably because there seriously aren't many jerks, and there presumably aren't any children.
