A common problem with anti-SJW types is that they're incapable of nuance and often want their sincerely held offensive positions to be held to the same low standard as jokes that are so transgressive that they immediately expose themselves as absurd. For example, Daniel Tosh has a bit about wanting to fuck Brad Pitt and David Beckham's beautiful hypothetical gay sex baby. It's obviously not a sincere endorsement of pedophilia so people just laugh. Likewise the Stanhope bit isn't an attempt to justify calling people retards, it's a joke about how no matter where you draw the line some asshole is going to willfully cross it because that's what insults are all about. So there's definitely gray areas where it's often easier to get away with telling your female friends to get their bitch asses back in the kitchen* than it is calmly argue a bigoted position without the use of profanity or to use a slur in genuine anger.

*This was in fact my traditional way of ceding that I was out of good arguments whenever I had a disagreement with my feminist friend Amy back in high school. We got along fine.

Pariah is referring to "autistic screeching," a super ableist meme/concept that basically denegrates autistic people by using something that autistic children can't really control as a metonomy for "this person is calling me out/saying things I don't like"

As a person who has been diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, I have dealt with a lot of ableism in my life, and I find it extremely fucking offensive when pieces of human shit use terms like “aspie” or “autistic” as an insult. People with disabilities are just that - fucking people, just like everyone else, and we deserve respect just the same as others. To use those terms as a derogitive is offensive and wrong. If we don’t tolerate racism, sexism, or homophobia, then we shouldn’t tolerate ableism, because it, too, is a form of bigotry.

I have several conservative and libertarian friends (some even voted for Trump), and no one uses the term "SJW". We call shitty people on the far left "Assholes", it's usually more accurate.

I have conservative and liberal friends but mostly friends who don't care about politics. A few use the term SJWs others don't. The only conservatives I know that don't use SJW are older ones and ones who prefer using 'liberals' as their standin instead. I think that 'liberals' and 'the left' are the trigger words of choice since that's what the right leaning propagandists seem to train their audience to associate with everything negative. I think SJW is used probably more by gamers, gamergaters, and people in or involved with the 'skeptics' and other YouTubers. I haven't heard or seen it used that much outside of that.

But, here's the thing. The far left is, by and large, just "the left." Liberals and the democratic party are basically just left of center, but the GOP is so fucking far right, that basic things like "a living wage," "equal rights," and so on are seen as leftist.

There is a desire amongst the usual suspects to say that if the far right are militant authoritarians, then the far left must also be militant authoritarians. The problem with this is that demilitarization of the police is a significant left-wing goal, and reduction of military spending was recently also a major plank of the platform and remains pretty prominent in a lot of people's minds, so it's really not clear how going further in that direction could somehow result in more police and military presence in US domestic and/or foreign policy. Y'know, except the kneejerk "both sides!" reaction. Sure, the Soviet Union was a thing, but there's no law of physics that says that all forms of liberalism must eventually converge on that position if left unopposed.
