So it's been quite a bit since I checked it, and I'm surprised at how it's grown. Just in the PrC section, I noticed classes inspired by Discworld, Naruto, and Order of the Stick.

Whatever floats a group's boat. Ted sounds like he would fit in with a game someone told me about, where a Halfling ate a mushroom with a red cap with white spots and expanded to Medium size, becoming pretty much a human good at sneaking and throwing stuff.
Edit: I wonder how they would react were the Tomes to be posted...

Back in the day, I used to frequent their forums, for more than just the lulz. I saw the creation of Ted. Basically, someone showed a picture of Miailee from CompArc. She looked uglier than ever, with a look of horror on her face. The thread was titled "What could she be looking at?"
Now, clearly she was staring at a tome of some sort. So a few hundred suggestions later...
There was a trend. It'd go like this:
23. Hot bugbear-on-assassin-vine action!
24. ...with a mind-flayer in the background, giving the thumbs-up.
48. A beholder in a bikini
49. ...with a mind-flayer in the background, giving the thumbs-up.
And so on.
So they eventually made this mind flayer a god of horrific images, residing in the land of Google. They named him Ted.

Okay, update:
The Tomes seem to have been well-received. There was some question about the feats, but most of the comments have supportive and approving.
So far:
-Someone's really impressed with the Monk, and the quality of ideas in general, although they're a little iffy on the feats and the idea of hitting level 12 or 15 and getting 4 benefits at once.
-The Tome of Fiends has apparently inspired someone to do a low-level adventure in the Lower Planes. He says thanks for the idea, because he's never even thought about it before.
-Someone likes the idea of the Soul Merchant and is apparently jotting down an NPC class on the idea.
-Races of War is still a Featured Article Nominee. They still haven't changed out that awful article about that dumb goddess. If someone wants to do me a big favor, they can register and say they support Races of War.

I'd say depends it on if the fighter's bag of tactical tricks and maneuverability can keep him away the fact that when the Barbarian hits him, it will HURT. Couldn't a fighter just keep foiling a barbarian's attempts to rage, vastly reducing their tactical options and damage? He only gets one attempt per round if I remember right, and the Barbarian can rage either when he hits or is hit.
