Vacationing is a human right. This probably won't happen, but if it does, I'm moving to Europe.

I find it's best to not even speak to Psychic Robot. If you argue against something he's for, he makes up lies, attributes them to you, then refuses to stop accusing you of the things he made up rather than the things you ACTUALLY said.
In this moment, I am Ur-phoric. Not because of any phony god’s blessing. But because, I am enlightened by my int score.

I don't understand trolling. At all. I understand trying to share new information with other people that they wouldn't otherwise be aware of, and I understand being angry when being told your ideas are stupid, whether they are or not.
I don't see how trying to use the internet to make other people feel bad helps in any way. I don't consider being upset because you're getting bullied to be a flaw and I don't consider making people angry by bullying them to be a merit.

I do, but it still shows that his posts exist.
And Count, trolling is done to ruin conversations as part of your goal. For traditional trolls, this goal is "shitting up forums because you don't like them." For PR, it's "shitting up the Gaming Den because he didn't get accepted here."

No one is accepted at the Gaming Den. I admit it bummed me out for a long while, but really that's the whole deal. If the most respected people here said things that were stupid, everyone would converge and jump their shit for it.
I admit it's painful at times and the last time it happened to me I was butthurt for a while. However, when I was done sulking I returned and found new things to discuss.

I like to think of that as 'No, you don't get a free slide out of trust and respect.'Count Arioch the 28th wrote:No one is accepted at the Gaming Den. He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

Under Secretary of the Treasury for international affairsfinally approved by Senate thirteen months after her nomination last March.
Her nomination was held up by Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl (R-AZ) for an unrelated complaint about how poorly the government is enforcing internet gambling laws in the US.
There are over two hundred more administration nominations held up by Republicans in the Senate; not counting non-administration nominations such as panels and judge seats. The Republicans should not be in office, they do not wish for the government to operate.

I got banned from gitp today. My crime? Telling another poster, who had just stated that he didn't think the Tomes address calling magic, that he has not read the Tomes section on calling magic.Juton wrote:That's the entire reason I'm here. Because it is against the rules to tell people to read things before discussing them.
I want to create a troll account that just goes around quoting people and saying "I didn't read anything that you said, but you are completely wrong."
This will bait many into telling me to read things before I post. Which I will then report.
Perhaps, this might just convince them to reevaluate their incredibly stupid policy that "It doesn't matter if it's true, I'm still banning you for saying it."
In other news, Roland St Jude apparently has a google alert on his name. So I am adding it to my signature.
Biggest reason this will fail: The entire moderation staff of gitp is filled with the most retarded collection of people I have ever seen.
Second Biggest reason: I am too lazy to start.

I had an interesting encounter on the way to work.
A dude stopped me and asked me to sign a petition so a 'constitutionalist' could be on the ballot.
I thought 'Right-wing nutcase saying how America's being subverted and shit'.
But, since I actually believe in democracy, I figured 'what the hell' and signed it. They're allowed their shot.

"Likewise, the Forum Rules specifically prohibit as Flaming saying that someone didn't read."
Direct quote from Roland.
Rule itself:
In this case, I didn't actually say he didn't read what I wrote, so it's not even technically an infraction. I said that he clearly hadn't read the section of the Tomes on calling magic.Flaming
Any poster that openly attacks, insults, belittles, or abuses another poster will have their offending post modified and an Infraction issued to them. You can be critical of another poster's viewpoint in a debate, even going as far as to explain why you believe them to be mistaken and backing your points up with rules quotes as appropriate, but the moment your criticism extends to the person who posted that viewpoint, it has crossed the line.
Specific things you cannot do on this message board that might be allowed elsewhere:
Tell a poster to shut up or to stop posting on the current thread.
Name calling, including terms obviously meant in a pejorative sense such as "troll" or "fanboy"
Use passive-aggressive insults, such as "Anyone who believes that is an idiot," or "I'd call you an idiot, but it's against the rules." Yeah, we know that technically, you didn't call him or her an idiot, but guess what? It's still not allowed.
Harassment of other posters, such as repeatedly following them from thread to thread to dispute them, personally.
Tell a poster that they clearly didn't read what you wrote. Alternately, any statement that implies that the only way someone could disagree with you is because they don't understand you/can't read properly is likewise not allowed.
...
But hey. Don't let that stop you Roland.
Thus my desire to troll the board by admitting that I don't read other peoples posts.
Because as Roland himself stated once to me in a infraction PM that I can no longer exactly quote because I lost access when he banned me:
"Even if it's true, you still can't say it."

Why is this news? That forum is full of people making up new ways to insult each other inside the rules. Or just getting away with it because... I don't know why.

Geez, it's not like even I manage to read everything people write. Like Zinegata, at some point my eyes just glaze over. And sometimes when one reads, they totally read the words wrong. I know I've done that today, which required re-reading of a post.
...Also, why is the radio playing Ludacris+Chipmunk? This is horrible. And funny. And not bad. But horrible.
