I have read something about a giant frog in Limbo before, but I can't remember where. Terry Pratchett right?

Right. Somehow I got them mixed up with miniature frogs that learned how to count. Somehow.

Minus ten points. Of all the species of frog on the planet, there is basically one that goes "ribbit". It happens to live in Hollywood, where it was recorded for use in "every jungle, forest or place ever" in movies. There are frogs who bark like dogs, who are silent, who sound like wood being sawed, who chirp, buzz... "ribbit" is in the minority.

That said, contrary to stupid songs, there are no known frogs that go "La-dee-da-dee-da".
Frogs say "ribbit" where I grew up. Don't know what kind of fucked up frogs you have in Australia, but I'm willing to bet that frogs in Limbo all say "ribbit" too.

Only because Power Word: Stun is "ribbit".

(Not sure about PW: Blind or Word of Chaos)

I have never head a ribbit. I have heard croaks, chirps and shit that sounds vaguely like Tibetan throat chanting, but never a a ribbit.

On another note, It is possible to combine Warblade with Master Samurai for the awesome combo of unlimited 5 foot steps and the ability to take 5 foot steps between cleave attacks.

Dumpster dive to combine with methods of increasing reach and 5 foot step distance. Then hope the DM sends a tightly regimented army at you, I guess.

Damn...

Though don't the tomes somewhat solve the problem of the PCs getting too many magical items? At one end of the spectrum you can now throw as many items as you want at them provided the cost 15k or less and the PC are about 12ish level.

And even if that does not hold up the number bonus now scale with level and now have a magic item in place as well. So even if PC bling get out of hand, it would only mean that they will often swap around equipment for something more appropriate to the adventure.

Anyway, what Frank said got me thinking... about ToB maneuvers being available at levels 1-9 and I've decided to make a Tome feat based on that.

Initiation [Combat]
There are a lot of styles in the world... but this one's mine.
Benefit: Pick a martial discipline. You become proficient in all of the weapons related to your chosen discipline and the related skill becomes a class skill for you, if it already a class skill you gain a +3 bonus. You gain the ability to ready 3 maneuvers + 1 maneuver every three levels. Your initiator level equal to your BAB and you automatically know all stances and maneuvers from your chosen discipline as long as your BAB is equal to the maneuver level. Any save DCs work off your highest mental ability modifier and you can spend a full round action to recover all your spent maneuvers.
Special: This feat can be taken multiple times, each time it applies to a new martial discipline. However, taking this feat more than once only ever lets you ready three more maneuvers in addition to your normal amount.

So what do you guys think?

Well it's nice, but it stops scaling after you hit double digits, unlike the other scaling feats. What do then?

I don't care.

All that matters is that the feat itself is worth taking so I am not too concerned with anything else. The Tomes have plenty of feats that don't scale and you still might want to take them.

Given the tendency of games to not even continue past tenth, and the fact that people here generally don't give a fuck what happens after even if it does, it's probably fine.

I think it looks decent... I kind think that whole book would have been better if it was summed up like this instead.
Also... aparently the classes themselves apparently need work.

Dear Midnight, you have actually made me sad. I took a day off of posting yesterday because of actual sadness you made me feel in my heart for you.
