Vorpal swords are renowned for their ability to remove heads (specifically of the Jabberwock), and this thing is only a head; it is already as removed as it's going to get!

Yeah, it was the master of arbitrary. Here are the spells that affected it. It's so fucked up, I figured I'd put the whole thing down.

Forget - causes the skull to not try to soul drain this round
Shatter- causes 10 damage
Power word kill- destroys the skull if used by an astral or ethereal magic user (wtf)
-A fighter with a vorpal blade can harm it
-A ranger with a sword of sharpness +5 or a vorpal weapon.
-A paladin with a +4 weapon or the prior weapons.
-An exorcise spell works like forget.
-A dispel evil spell inflicts 5 hp of damage
-Holy word inflicts 20 hp of damage.
-A thief slinging one of the gems found in the crypt deals 1 damage per 10,000 gp value of the gemstone. But the gem is shattered upon use.

Everything else can't hurt it. On the plus side the demilich only had 50 hp and an AC of -6.

For its attacks, each round it would drain a soul (no save), no way to prevent it.

Oh, I'm aware that it's actually rather safe (in and of itself. Let us, in this instance, ignore cases of trying to crawl under the white lines on the road). I don't want to kill him, just keep him away from RPGs, and perfectly happy.

...Cases such as that are generally not documented, as documented cases all show the persons having amphetamines or antipsychotics in their system as well.

Then LSD and many other medicines are proscribed in your case.

Don't worry.

It's important to monitor your intake of vitamins and medicines as they can interact in unforeseen ways. Alcohol and Serotonin altering medicines, for instance, often negate or amplify each other - which can lead to hazardous situations, even with moderate intake. Sodium/salt intake works against many heart conditions, but actually buffers against diabetes.

The list of medicines that should be avoided or minimized when taking antipsychotics or antidepressants is very long. It's an important subject.

I find is somewhat disturbing that my shrink never at any point discussed that with me.

She did tell me not to drink, which to be honest I ignore, because drinking kicks ass.

Maybe that's your problem getting laid. When I was on Risperdal my affect was flatter than a pancake, and the tremors didn't help either.

If Risperdal is giving you tremors, stop taking it immediately and call your doctor. Seriously.

As for drinking. It kicks ass. Although I have found that mixing absinth with candied habaneros is a world of agony and pain. That's why I see colors so vibrantly right now. Also, my mouth hurts.

No tremors here. And reducing my affect is kind of the reason why I'm medicated, off meds I have wild mood swings and shit. The reason why I have trouble having sex is because every time I start to get to know a lady, I find out she has a boyfriend or husband or whatever. I just need to be in a position where I know more women.

Also, I've already had a bad experience involving Absinthe. Of course, I was chasing it with Johnny Walker Black Label, that might have something to do with it.

I'm still not sure if by federal law I have to take a handful of pills for a headache instead of one pill is such a good thing. For one, it means the dosages are harder to minimize.

It is a question of whether you want to merely follow the recommendations - which are designed to reduce lawsuits more than they are for safety - or wander through the forest and find out why things are the way they are.

-Crissa

PS: I think you shouldn't chase anything with Johnny Walker. Sheesh. Alcohol is supposed to be a carrier for flavor, not merely a headache in a bottle.

Putting out smaller dosages provides the potential for more accurate consumption. But it also provides more possibilty of user error. Almost 50% of people don't follow medical directions when it comes to taking the appropriate amounts of medications during the appropriate times, and increasing complexity of the regimen exascerbates that problem.

It's a profound trade off. Giving people a big white pill that has a large amount means that people of different masses and drug resistance are getting the same amount of drug. But giving out smaller pills means that people have to take more pills which means that they mess it up more often. There really isn't a "right" answer. Just ways to make it suck more or less.

I only get headaches with Everclear. That's disgusting stuff.

But still, if you want to read about weird chemicals, check out "dimethyltryptamine" or DMT. I've only read about it, but that is some... odd stuff.

I think I once had some everclear, but it was mixed with tequilla, vodka, white rum and a few others. It actually tasted good, even if one (heavy-built, male) friend sniffed it and reeled back.

On that night, I ended up asking the bartender to stop serving me anything except water. I also did a lot of throwing up. But I woke up feeling just fine, presumably thanks to all the water I had.

I had Risperdal once. They were trying to find an antidepressant that would work, so tried an antipsychotic. It turned me into a zombie for a few days, so we decided it'd be best to stop - sleeping more than 12 hours per day, and stumbling about, fuzzy headed during the waking hours, as well as susceptible to Turn Undead.

Also, Risperdal can cause your body to go into ketoacidosis, where it decides "You know, I might ignore what the person is eating. I think I'm starving. I had better break down their fat for energy instead."

Everclear has an astounding level of alcohol. If it gives you headaches, the most probable is a low amount of salt and water (mostly water) in your system when you consumed the alcohol. Remember to drink your fill of water before experimenting with high dosage raw alcohols like Everclear or flavoured liquors. Of course, every brand of liquor is made lightly differently, so it is plausible that it is traces of this method which created the headache - or ingredient, such as my spouse's headaches from elderberry wines.

Generally, the most healthy way to enjoy the flavours of alcohol is to do so in mixed, moderate, or tiny amounts instead of shots or prepared malt alcohol drinks. But that isn't always the most fun, admittedly.

I'd kill for something like that to happen to me, I weigh almost 300 pounds...

It has sort of left the original topic. By a mile.

But then again, I'm not sure there's anything new to be said on the matter. Some people have some opinions of what should be allowed, others see it otherwise, and it's not going to change.

What's it called when the body decides not to digest your food now, and instead, does it later, making your blood sugar difficult to control, and leading to constipation? 'Cause that's what Cymbalta does. At least I'm not allergic to it like I was fluoxetine, or constantly hungry... That does terrible things to your weight, lemme tell you.

Of course! Increasing the body water percentage decreases the amount of alcohol in ratio to total body volume.
However, you'll piss as often as a nervous house cat.
It's only Everclear that gives me the hangover/headache/bloodshot eyes, though. Might be related to a wheat intolerance, since eating wheat bread gives me mild hayfever.
