Ha Ha Frank is old
A tiny little electronic birdie told me it's Frank's birthing day! So everyone feel free to write whatever shit you want about him cause this is the one day he'll almost certainly be too drunk to respond to it. Happy Birthday Frank. Thanks for being the most acerbically intelligent motherfucker I know for yet another year.

When I first saw the Internet, I saw that everyone on it (in it? whatever) was an atrocious speller with little understanding of even the most basic properties of grammar, and the intelligence level of a newly discovered variety of slime-mold. Some of them claimed to be women, but turned out in fact to be light-resistant grus.
Lo, I was depressed for the future of mankind. Women were fine because at the time the Internet was only used by comic-book-guys who lived in their basements and pictures of dinosaurs.
I was like this for awhile, low and dejected, and then I joined the Den, and that didn't really help me feel better, because this place is... well, you know.
Then I saw Frank. Lo, his posts were like a vision cast from marble and crafted by Michelangelo's rough-yet-gentle caressing hands themselves: His arguments were well crafted, his sentence structure was obscenely beautiful, and he could put the smackdown on pretty much everyone and anyone, and I have never really seen anyone beat Frank at yelling at the internet.
Frank renewed my faith in the internet and it's place in man's future... then I learned about the terrible, terrible world of internet fanfics. God.
But, still, for that brief, potent amount of time, Frank lit up my hopes and dreams and made me believe, if even only for a second, that I, too, could yell at the internet.
Happy birthday, man.

Is this wretched demi-bee
Half asleep upon my knee
Some freak from a menagerie?
No! It's Eric, the half a bee

Peculiar properties of spacetime ensure that the perception of the magnitude of Soon is fluid and dependent, not on an individual's time-reference, but on spatial and cultural location. A marketer generally perceives Soon as a finite, known, yet unspeakable time-interval; to a fan, the interval appears greater, and may in fact approach the infinite, becoming Never. Once the interval has passed, however, a certain time-lensing effect seems to occur, and the time-interval becomes vanishingly small. We therefore see the strange result that the same fragment of spacetime may be observed, in quick succession, as Soon, Never, and All Too Quickly.

Congratulations, Frank!
But wait, how old is "old"? I turned 37 earlier this month.

Congrats on another year closer to the eventual shutdown of your mortal frame, old man.

You should gain sanity for finding out that the problems of a region are because there are fucking monsters there.

Frank could counter with the "point to any cell in my body that's particularly old", given even your skeleton effectively replaces itself every ~10 years (cell by cell, gradually, for those wondering why they never shat a whole skeleton out and grew a new one).
But that would mean going "technically, no given cell is old enough to drink".

Congratulations on not dying for another year; I admonish you to continue to not die for as long as possible.

Yeah, as I get older, I am one of the oldest people in a group at my college increasingly frequently. Whenever I feel old, I just have to remember that I'm comparatively young on the den, being 25.Darth Rabbitt wrote:Happy Birthday, Frank!

I'm 26.
And after four years at my job, I've graduated from looking 18, to looking 19.

He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

The toll of bad transit policies and worse infrastructure—trains and buses that don’t run well and badly serve low-income neighborhoods, vehicular traffic that pollutes the environment and endangers the lives of cyclists and pedestrians—is borne disproportionately by black and brown communities."
