Continuing away from the village, Yellow is struck by the thought that sticking to the forest may make it easier for the evil fey to track the party overland.

Thankfully, no enemies follow immediately, and after about half an hour, the party is clear of the woods. The airship that dropped you off is nowhere to to be seen.

According to the map, there are 3 ways the party could proceed to Artume.
1. Follow the river. Hard to get lost, but it will be relatively slow going without a boat. Risk of running into nagas or lizardfolk raiders.
2. Take a road straight to Artume. Decent chance of running into bandits, but there will also be some farmsteads you could stop at.
3. There's a game trail shown on the map, it cuts up through some hills and might be both fast and sneaky if someone else hasn't discovered it.

Nesha's got a communal mount ready to go, although it maxes out at 3 horses for 2 hours given her level. Not much, but if we hustle for two hours down a main road that's a decent amount of distance to put between us and on-foot pursuers. Dunno if the elves have any travel magic to contribute, but if not going two to a horse is better than nothing.

{Reve has Mount in her spellbook, the party should be able to produce enough horses working together.}

"if their are no objections time is of the essence lets do a hard ride down the main road all the way back to artume"

if the party agrees yellow mounts up as soon as the horses are summoned and makes his actions fallow his words.

yellows ride skill is 8

The party rides off towards Artume, following the most direct road. In a few hours, they come into sight of the town. The airship that dropped the party off near the lizards is moored above Castle Artume, but the flying craft has not yet pulled the ropes taut. The party has probably arrived only a short while later.

Evening approaches.

{It looks like we might have lost another player or 2. I'll assume nonposting PCs find lodgings in town and exist in a quantum state. If they do something, they were with the main party all along.}
